Brother Rice High School is good at baseball — and Twitter, too.
The Crusaders as of Tuesday were 10-5 and 4-0 in conference play. They usually celebrate their wins with seriously funny videos tweeted by senior Joe Alvarez, the team’s student manager.
“I wish I could take credit for the antics in the interviews, but the players were the ones that decided to have fun in each video,” said Alvarez, of Beverly. “I think the social media account really reflects the mentality of the team. The players like to stay loose and enjoy every moment of the season, which I think translates to them playing extremely well.”
