+ To make volleyball an enjoyable and worthwhile experience for all involved parties.
+ To be supportive, enthusiastic, and positive at all times, no matter the circumstances.
+ To work hard to achieve all established goals- most importantly academic goals.
+ To be willing to teach and to learn from others within the program.
+ To stress proper play, fundamentals, and sportsmanship- not individual glory.
+ To accept responsibility as a team for everything- including temporary setbacks.
+ To be available when needed and when called upon.
+ To help others achieve individual goals that will help the individual and the team.
+ To promote our class program and to invite people to become a part of the Crusader Volleyball
